- Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving of purchase item. Your item must be returned to us in the original condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
We understand that sometimes things don’t fit how you expected and you may need a different size. We are happy to exchange for different sizes if the requested item is in stock. In the event of the requested size or colour being out of stock you will be notified and refunded. Please note that that even with exchanges our returns policy must be followed. Again, we reserve the right to refund your item if the returns policy is not followed.

All goods purchased from ten toes uk are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle them with care and make sure that you send the package by a method which protects the value of the goods. You must retain your proof of postage in the case the goods do not arrive (we advise recorded delivery). If we do not receive the goods within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that items have been worn, damaged or mis-treated.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
